Bolt Clearance

This might seem a bit obvious, but I just want to verify whether a 60 degree bolt throw would clear the ocular better than a 90 degree? Assuming that I had enough room for the objective would this allow me to use lower rings?

The only time that I have found bolt clearance to be an issue if the objective cleared, was with some CZ rifles.

That is exactly what I was talking about. That is why I'm leaning toward the Tikka. My CZ 452 was a nightmare to scope. I almost had to glue a chin cup to the top of the stock. When is CZ going to get it?
