Message the admin here and ask for access to the EE (Equipment exchange) they dont automatically give everyone access. I believe its to eliminate robot spamming. Anyways once you have access to that you can post a Wanted ad in the Milsurp (Military Surplus) category. You got the right advice, if you're going to find it anywhere it will be here. Just have an idea of what your willing to spend.
