Followed your lead and came up with it under the Remington 510

Thats not a Rem 510, 511, 512, 513, or 514 bolt handle although its DEFINITELY a Remington of similar. The ones I listed have a tear-drop shape rather then a ball. The 513 and 521 have a ball, but they also have two rings going around the shaft.

Honestly..... it looks like a "5 teen" round body like the models I listed, but the handle is different.... possibly replaced. Its common for these handles to come off of the round body portion.
