The jewelling on the bolt of my push feed Winchester 70 has some damage created by friction. so far I have not found anyone to fix it, Do you know any gunsmith in Canada that do this type of cosmetic work ?
There is no "fix" of the current jewelling. The bolt would need polished to remove all the old jewelling, then jewelled again from scratch. The same issue will reoccur as the bolt is manipulated.
