Bolt Release Issue with Tapco Magazines. Rifle-side solution?

Hi all. I have a 1951 Tula SKS referb in a Tapco Intrafuse stock that has an issue with the bolt release failing to drop after inserting a loaded Tapco magazine and I pull back on the action. I filed down the shoulders to get the mag to fit but there is obviously more material on the rear end of the mag that is pushing against the bolt release and preventing it from dropping.

I've read several other threads on how to file down more of the material on the mag but my question is whether anyone out there has dealt with this issue by modifying the rifle instead of the mag. I ask because a have a few other SKSs that function flawlessly with Tapco stocks and magazines and i'd rather not go to the through the trouble of modifying all my mags because of the issue with the one rifle. Yeah it's a bit lazy i know but i'd like to have complete interchangeability between rifles and mags and i'd rather not completely butcher all my mags.

If anyone could share their thoughts on a "rifle-side" solution i'd really appreciate it!

Thanks everyone and stay safe. See you all in Ottawa on Sep 12!

Thanks WmMcLeod. After taking a close look at that option I've thrown in the towel and decided to modify each of the mags. Through more trial and error i've figured out the exact part that needs to be filed down so the amount of material being removed is kept to a minimum. After this mod the mags still work in my other rifles so in the end this is the least painful option. I suppose i'll pass the time by daydreaming about the JT and the Liberals eventual downfall! Thanks again.
