Bolt shims for Ruger 77/22

Does anyone know where I can come up with such an animal? See there is a fella in the US makes them but won't ship to Canada

triggershims.com will sell and ship 77/22 bolt shims to Canada. it's the firearm parts that he can't/won't ship to Canada.
I'm expecting my shims next week. Lots of slop with my bolt.
Is your 77/22 the All Weather stock with plastic inserts?
