Bomb proof bullet lube?

I found the "bomb proof" recipe for bullet lube at cast_boolits and wouldn't mind to try it; 45% Lee Alox, 45% Johnsons paste wax and 10% mineral spirit, so the question is where can I buy the Johnsons paste wax? I tried in doz or so places and nobody seems to carry it. Thanks for any and all sugestions. GR8
 
Nope, I couldn't find JPW either.
I don't know if my recipe is bomb proof, but it works fine in my 439 S&W at approx 900 - 1000 fps.
I just tumble lube 1/2 and 1/2 Aerowax and Lee Liquid Alox. I leave the solvents in the Aerowax as a replacement for the mineral spirits. This makes the lube not as sticky as LLA straight and the bullets smell like crayons when they dry!
I call it my lazy man's 45-45-10 recipe.
The carnuba wax is the good stuff in the JPW and I think the Aerowax is close to the same recipe.
 
I use that same formula you are talking about on all my handgun bullets from .22 caliber to .50 caliber. It works great for me and I shoot a lot. As stated the Johnsons wax is very hard to find so I just subeed with a different floor paste wax and everything seems to work great.

Did you try Safeway, Save-On or Walmart?
