I own a Baikal mp 153 with roughly 1000 target loads through it. i recently started goose hunting and have run into a problem. When firing over 2-3/4 target loads the bolt gets thrown back with so much force that it jams in the back of the receiver. The only way i can get it unstuck is to pop out the trigger group and use a hammer to hit bolt handle until it pops free. I have the gas adjusted nut turned almost completely out (out is for heaver loads)but it still does it. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Additional info:
It has jammed many times.
Seams to jam easier if i fire fast.
The return spring is fully compressed when it jams
The gun is kept fairly clean no clumps of unburnt powder to jam on.

Im not fully familiar, but after looking at some pics of this shotgun it kinda looks like an 1100 with the return spring forward the action then, just a guess, is it assembled correctly, like the gas rings in the correct way or are they damaged. thats the only way I could see excessive pressure generated all of a sudden.
