ok. the issue with registration on your site is that it does not support periods (.) in the username of the email as in bad.code@email.com which is absolutely valid.

this can be circumvented by registering with a fake email and then changing but your web dev should fix it.

Periods in emails are meaningless. Just use the email without. It will still arrive.
