Book of the 1911

For fans of the Jeff Cooper/1911 school of thought, the current issue of "The Complete Book of the Model 1911" is on the news stands. It is called the "Cooper Edition".
In addition to paying homage to Cooper, it features several reviews on new entries in the 1911 world, from plain Jane to bells-gongs-whistles/why in hell do they bother?

Glock fans need not bother ..... their pistols being "an ingenious solution to a non-existent problem" ... ;>)

Will likely pick up this latest one too since I have most of the other editions.

If nothing else there's usually some cool photos of interesting 1911's from the past.

Dunno about that. I'm a huge Glock fan that's also a 1911 fan.
