Just bought a series 183 Ruger Mini Ranch in excellent condition. Appears to have not been used much, I was wondering if anyone has experience in adding a scope mount. Would like to know any do's and don'ts, and what is a good scope mound to install. What I have researched is their is a rail system mount that mounts on in place of the removable side plate below the action lock open button. Also were is the place to buy one. Where I live we very seldom see a new one let alone a used one, so I didn't want to pass on it. Hope this snow stops so I can get it out and try it out. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
