bore condition

I'm able to get this 223 bolt action rifle for cheap. The owner says it shoots sub-moa with the right ammo.
The bore looks fine by the naked eye but a highly magnified borescope shows like below on the last inch before the muzzle. The rest of the bore is in excellent condition.
I could chop that last inch (it's a 22" bbl) and re-crown in case accuracy is not good enough.
Your thoughts?

I would call that extremely superficial and not going to affect accuracy. The tooling marks are bigger than the pits...

As long as the muzzle and crown are good it looks decent to me.

Not much risk either way. It either shoots as good as the seller says, or you can cut and crown for cheap.

Shoot it first. A lot of decent shooting bores will make your hair stand up through a bore scope.

I see lots of reamer marks that will not affect accuracy they look like hell through a bore scope though but no worries .
