Bore guide for kimber 84?

Wondering what guys are doing for bore guides on their kimbers. I just brought mine in and ran a couple patches through it before putting it away and was reminded that I haven't dealt with this yet.

The guide I have is much to large to get inside these actions.

I have one from mike lucas for my 308 Adirondack. Works great. Downside is he only ships within the US.

I just drill out the primer pocket of a fired case and run my cleaning rod through that. Usually a 25-06 case cause that's what fits best on the cleaning rod.

Thats a good idea, I'll try that. I was thinking one for rimfire might work as well.

how important is this? I didn't realise at the time but my guide came off in a tikka 9.3 chamber, eventually found it. but I didn't put it back on
