Borrow 308Win headspace gauges, Calgary area?

Hi all - Would anyone here be able to loan me their 308 Winchester headspace go / no go gauges for a day or two? I've just got a new barrel for my Savage, and it is crying to be installed...

You won't be setting the headspace to a standard but you can fully size a case and set the barrel so you can very lightly feel the stripped bolt close on it. Your hand loads will fit with no excessive case head clearance and the actual headspace will be very close to correct.

Yep, that is what I did with my 223 Sav and it works fine. However the proper gauges do work better.
