Anybody using a BORS unit, just a friendly reminder to check the internal cone shaped friction screws on the elevation turret assembly. While shooting gophers,mine crapped out at 3.5 moa high. Took awhile to figure out what was the problem. Barrett recommends locktite, should of followed their advise. Just about had a vapor lock, when I thought my Nightforce quit functioning. The first sign that the screws were getting loose, should of been the clicks were getting mushy. Just have to resight in and go from there. I am going to grind down the proper allen wrench,so I can periodically check it now. This will be will out taken off the BORS housing.
