I just finished bottling another batch of pickled eggs, using a recipe that I saw on here, and I also pickled some mussels that me and a friend got today. I boiled them for 20 minutes, and placed them in the bottle and poured vinegar over them. I was wondering if the same recipe I used for the eggs would be tasty for mussels. Does anyone have any good recipes and techniques for bottled mussels? I am keeping them for the cabin; me and the better half will eat them on crackers with miracle whip.
