Bought a savage action unseen to build off... different than I expected

Just got a savage long action 110 that I was planning on building from. Got it for what i thought was a good deal... seems to be quite different than what I've seen. Just wondering if this is something I'd be able to re barrel and get a new bolt face for or if I need something more... modern? Havent seen one like this before so any info would be good. Hopefully I get the pictures here

The one I'm planning to build on is the bolt on top
 
That is an original 110 as designed by Brewer, not the version revised by Greenleaf.
Parts may be available, but you'll have to look; out of production for many years. I expect that only '06 and belted magnum boltheads were made.
 
Assuming is not just going to take a modern bolt head and be able to be re barreled?

Anyone know what the worth of one of these would be? It's in great shape with all bluing still there and nice and shiny original savage scope from the factory just a few scratches on the stock
 
I’ve got a barreled action like that that I picked up for spare parts
It was built for the Canadian market and marked CIL
Mine is in .308
I had a hard time finding the complete box mag for it as the ejector is attached to the rear of the mag
That was the hardest thing to find
IIRC I ought the parts for about 100
The stock was 200 from western gun parts
It turned into a decent shooter though
