I purchased a pair of rifles for a good price in the EE. they were advertised as working firearms. When I received them, one was missing the bolt, which I figured the seller might have forgot to put in the firearm. Then I look at the other one, and its missing the ejector and the magazine interruptor (both are M44's). As well as all of this, I'm sort of afraid it might blow up IF I decide to fire them. I have contacted the seller, and am hoping things work out, but if they don't what should be done? I'm going to get a gunsmith to check headspace on them for me before using them JIC.

I think i remember seeing these in the EE, and remember too buying from this guy once. There was a slight difference in his description and the actual firearm, but in my case the difference was minor and not of importance.

As said above, give the guy a chance to correct his mistake. I think the missing bolt was in the description IIRC, but not the other missing parts. That's only from memory though.

If you're talking about the pair of M44's that were going as a pair, the missing bolt was in the description. I looked at them as well. I dealt with that seller twice before and, honestly, I was very satsified - the guy actually threw in some extras when I made purchases from him. I'd bet it was an honest mistake; give him a chance to correct it.
