Bought used kit, what are these?

Hi, pretty new, haven't started reloading yet, bought a used kit off of EE, some bits in the package I'm not sure what they're for. I assume the brush looking things are for cleaning but what about the other parts? The guy I bought them from hasn't been online for a few days.
Any help would be great

The "random cleaning brush" is for cleaning rifle chamber. The loop is so it can be pulled out of the chamber.

Oh i see, so I just put it beside where the primer of wall out when de-priming happens, so it doesn't fall all over the place? Makes sense. Not exactly rocket science for that part haha. Thank you!
