First step, remove the buttplate or pad and look to see if there is a drawbolt(highly likely). You will see a large diameter hole. Use a flashlight to see if the bolt has a hex head or screwdriver slot.
If it is as above, remove the trigger guard by the screws on the tang portion of the guard then it most likely needs to be rotated counter-clockwise and unscrewed or 90 degrees and lifted out of the slot.
If there is a bolt/screw on the rear of the upper & lower tang, you may loosen it.
Back to the butt, remove the drawbolt using a socket and extension or if it is a screwdriver slot get a screwdriver of appropiate configuration(parallel blade preferable) width of slot and make sure you are centered or you may break your stock if you are off-centered and force the blade between the bolt and wall of the hole.
After that, it should come off straight back.
