I put one on my CZ 452 .22lr after I broke the original stock. They didn't make one for the Varmint, so I had to modify one made for an American. It fits good now. I ordered the overmolded target grip and forearm: the original grip actually fits the gun better, but the wider and grippier overmolded target feels a lot better. The adjustable LOP locks up super tight, there's zero chance (on mine anyway) of it moving, no wobble at all and the adjustments are very fine. It feels like you can adjust it to the millimetre, although that's obviously not the case. The adjustable cheek rest isn't quite as tight and isn't nearly as fine in adjustment. There's a slight amount of play in the cheek rest when it's off it's lowest setting. There's no chance of it ever accidentally dropping or anything like that, just a bit of play. I can't remember off hand how many notches of adjustment there are, but after how close the spacing is on LOP it's a little disappointing, although perhaps I'm being a bit too fussy as I had no problem getting it to a comfortable height. I'm putting a different scope on it next week with a little bit bigger objective lens, so will have to play around with it again but have no doubt I'll be able to get comfortable behind it as I wasn't at the top of the adjustment range yet.
