BP and static electricity

Greetings All,
I saw for sale at Buffalo Arms a Brass and Oak drop tube for BP cartridges to reduce the static electricity from plastic parts.
Is this a concern for loading BP cartridges and should be avoiding plastic funnels, scoops, etc?

Not at all. Never proven to be a real concern. Sparks on the other hand....
