BP Revolver Lockup

I was just messing with my Pietta repro 1851 Colt revolver. How tight should the lockup be on the cylinder at full ####?

The timing is working right, but I can wiggle the cylinder back and forth just a little bit at full ####. Should I be adjusting the bolt to protrude a little farther?

the wiggle is caused by the locking bolt being loose in the slot in the cylinder rather than how far up it protrudes. Shoot the gun first and see how accurate it is before you fix something that ain't broke

That makes a whole lot of sense.

Its damned accurate - shockingly accurate I would say with 20 gr of FFFg and .375 swaged round balls.
