Great show in Bracebridge this weekend, small but some interesting stuff. I missed out on my hunt for 38-55 cases by about 30 seconds....Prices were very high when I look back to the last show I attended, maybe 2 years ago. An old box of 444 marlin ammo was marked at $110. Remington semi auto hunting rifles were marked at $975-1100, about double from what I remember. Maybe that is the going rate, or the shadow of Trudeau is affecting prices.
A guy had a great table of flint locks, including a custom target rifle made in England.
I believe Rock Cut is hosting one in Powassan 9 June. Good to be amongst good people, really rekindles the passion.
