Brand new 12" grizzly feedin issues (not mag fed!)

So on Friday I purchased a brand new grizzly from the local range, and now I've noticed it does not want to feed the last round out of the tube, rounds 4,3, and 2 feed fine, but the first round in the tube gets stuck half way out, a little nudge and it comes out and then feeds fine. It happens with both 2 3/4" and 3" shells. I tried to stretch out the spring a little bit. But this hasn't seemed to help, it's this maybe just a break in issue and should I give it some time? Or has any one else had this problem before?

I'm open to any offered solution, and I really love this shotgun asides from the feeding hiccup.

Thanks for any help in advanced guys! Btw it's my first shotgun so I'm fairly new to them, but I think I'm addicted already.
 
could just be break in, mine was the same but only with 3'' shells.

also i have heard of people polishing their chambers, feed ramps, etc.

shoot slugs through yours yet?? was at the range today and man i have my rear sight all the way left and all the way back and its still shooting slighty high and right. considering the front sight looks to be straight, im scratching my head at this point.
 
Slugs is all I've shot through it so far, no adjustments to the iron sights and hitting paper at 30yds, but I wasnt trying for groupings at the moment, was fairly accurate though.

And I'm going to break it down again tonight and clean it up some more and sand any burrs or rough edges I find.
 
My 8.5" functions fine with 3" shells but when I put 2 3/4" shells in and pump hard and fast the shells get hung up on the rim of the chamber. If I am slower at pumping it is fine most of the time. Anyone else have this happen?

you have to strip and clean that mag tube, theie is some nasty goo grease oil crap in there that acts like glue.
hit it hard with some brake cleaner.

I took a closer look at my Grizzly and figured out my feeding problem... My feed ramp sometime catches on the tab on the barrel opposite to the ejection port. I will be grinding part of the tab down or off.

Just something to look at....
 
I thought it was just me. Mine shoots slugs high and to the right as well.
