Bingo! There was no need to submit, they did and look what happened. And yet the press check .50 magazines are for sale everywhere and have been fine.
Remember the rcmp have their own thoughts, plans and morals. They have no interest in allowing us mere mortals to have things they deem dangerous, legal or not. The queens Cowboys play by their own rules.

The same can probably be said for the VZ58 "Pistol" flustercluck.
Had the issue simply been left as VZ58 "Compacts" with lanyard hooks in place of stocks are ALREADY sold as "PISTOLS" in the US, we might actually have 10 rd. VZ58 "Pistol" Mags in Canada now.

We really should a got 50 Beowulf pistol mags instead at this rate
looks like every other retailer stepped away from selling these mags, so I think pistol mags are not gonna happen especially since we cant even get the "rifle" one to come in.
I think this whole cluster will sort itelf out once CPD either 1) send the example in for approval. 2) when people figured out that the Canadian made ones are legit.
