Brand new zastava m70 won't eject

Firing pin strikes way off center and 2x fired brass had a nice shiny ring just above the extractor groove. Maybe a headspace issue

But how does it shoot?

An off center firing pin may not be a problem and I'm not too sure that the shiny ring is significant but to find out if there is a head space issue, bend a length of coat hanger wire into a very small hook at one end, reach it into the fired case and feel around for a ring in the brass at the inside of the case where the shiny ring is on the inside.

It shoots good. Only used the iron sights at 50 yards
Shot privi factory loads and started a load workup with it. Even at relatively low charges it was showing that ring and flat primers so I stopped. When I got home I used my bent paperclip to feel around in the cases. Definitely a groove on the inside of the case at the spot where the ring is.
Makes no difference now, the rifle is boxed back up and ready to ship back.
If any of you fellas has a nice short barrel 9.3x62 you want to sell I would sure be interested
