Has anyone seen .416 Rigby brass for sale in Canada?

TNT in Regina had Hornady brass in Rigby a little while ago. Also Bruno Gross at 780 835 4648 in Fairview has it sometimes.

Seems Hornady anneals their cases.

most manufacturers anneal; just that it's done before the final polishing so it doesn't show
