brass become hard to chamber after FL resizing?

Best way I’ve found to set up fl sizing die on rem 700. Remove firing pin and ejector. Raise shell holder to highest , turn the die down until is there is about a dime thickness between shell holder and btm of die. Lube a case then size try to chamber it , most likely won’t chamber screw the die down about 1/16 of turn size again. Then to chamber the round and continue doing this until the bolt just starts to close easily on resized round. Small adjustments are the key. If you don’t know how to disassemble bolt you can still do it this way but harder to feel when it’s just starting to chamber because of firing pin and ejector pressure on the brass.
