I've made my own "homemade brass catcher" (with adjustable height), good for shooting off-hand or bench rest. 
The yellow stand comes off the spotlight stand from Hoxxdepot and the collapsible fishing net from BxxssProShxp. It costs me around $40 without any modification and the best thing is save a lot of time for collecting brass.

The commercial one you're thinking of is made by CMM Shooting Supplies in the States. It's called the Ultimate Brass Catcher and they now finally ship USPS to Canada, so you can get one for about $100. Just Google it for details and to order.
