I got a shorten Mosin and well doesn't have the front sight anymore. But Brass Stacker makes a clamp on adapter to fix this. Anyone know who sells black slacker parts in Canada because they wont ship outside of USA...

Keep an eye on eBay dot ca, some of their stuff shows up there from time to time. Also, the "no ship outside the US" policy comes and goes depending on the whims of BATF, not Brass Stacker themselves.
AFAIK, they don't have a Canadian distributor, which is a shame because they make some pretty nice stuff. I picked up the M38/M44 Scout Mount rail they make recently, and it's easily the highest quality forward rail for a Mosin currently available.
Good luck tracking down the part you need. You might try and do an import through IRunGuns.
