I got the Brass Stacker scout mount for my Mosin M38 a few months back (no pics, haven't gotten around to installing it yet). Seems quite well made, nice piece of kit.
Getting them in Canada is a bit of an on again, off again, kind of thing. From what I can tell, BATF (in the US) keeps changing the rules on what kind of permits Brass Stacker needs for export purposes.
They show up on eBay every now and then. AFAIK, none of the Canadian dealers are importing them directly, which is a shame. Brass Stacker, in general, has a really good reputation south of the border for making good quality "no gunsmith" mounts for a lot of older milsurps.
