Brass Whore - Any Help?

All else fails it's worth about 2 bucks a pound at the scrap dealer... throw the iffy stuff in a pail in the garage. Enough for a 24 of beer at the end of the season or a hundred factory new brass.

I've started collecting 40 S&W at the range, even though I don't have a pistol for it, actually I'm thinking of getting the pistol 'cause I've already got the brass. I love our police shooters - nice tidy group of guys, usually leave about 3 inches of Glock-fired Speer 40 cal in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket.

I have to say the last time I was up at the range I was a scrounger expecially for rifle brass and the best time of the year for a vulture like me is just before hunting season when all the once a year shooters show up.

I usually ask politely if they want their brass that on the ground.

If no, I hord.
