So, I just got a side by side and im really excited to go shoot it.
However there's something about it im not sure if its a normal thing or not.

I didn't know how to explain so I took some pictures.

Of the two rounds bits that the firing pins sit in, one is perfectly flush and wont move, the other tho, will rotate a bit and it sticking out about .02- .03 inches.

I was just wondering if this is normal thing, or should I get it looked at/ fixed?

Thanks in advance :)

I would get it looked at. The bushing should be tight and flush.. Also, it appears as though one has been replaced (unless it is just lines from firing). Perhaps the bushing is too long on the one side or the threads are buggered in the action. If it is loose, screw it out and try screwing it back in. Maybe it is started crooked.
If you just bought it, I would ask the fellow why this wasn't mentioned. If it has to go to a gunsmith, maybe the seller will look after part of the bill (but I doubt it). Just curious, is this a Stoeger?

Agree should not be out like that. Hard to see but am I also seeing some small punch marks on the outer edge of the face.
It might not be but back in the day some would do that to tighten the action for a brief period while the gun was being sold normally. Have not seen it done in years and it may not be here either.??

Yes, it's a Stoeger.
3macs1, nothing I saw looks like punch marks, it's actually really nice looking. I what you saw in the pic was a bit of oil or grease.

The seller didn't say anything about it, but he also said he never really used it so it may have gone un-noticed.

I poked around with it and was able to thread the bushing back in. went in smooth and tightened up nicely.

I'm guessing it no longer needs a trip to the gun smith? Just something to check every once in a while?

Cool . Glad it went back in. Enjoy the gun:)

If it does start walking out on you too often, you can always add a very small drop of loctite in one spot on it to help keep it there without gluing the entire thread in place.

a guy i used to work with swore buy using white out in situations like this it will stop it from backing out but if it ever has to come out it actually wil where as loctite even the blue might be a pain.
