I have no clue, but based on their other rifles and the current prices my guess is $1499.
Would be great if it’s cheaper ofc. I regret not buying one of their rifles during their introductory price.

I think its just a take down foundation chassis, it'll accept Ruger takedown receivers. I would go on a limb and say it'll be close to the regular foundation at around $399-499.
