Yeah and the way the $ is compared to US its not any cheaper to build one, the hunt is fun but expensive

Never really was, though original ones will have the correct production codes put together... The Nazis carefully assembled their weapons painstakingly stamping numbers anywhere they could... Once the Yanks joined the war they cranked those babies out as fast as they could!!! Guess which strategy won out...

More or less, yes. Winchester receivers can be a ##### to rebarrel.
