Breda Garand value (Danish?)

Hey all,

a co-worker of mine has this Garand, and is thinking of selling it.

He can't tell me much about it, (model year, etc...) but I think it is one of those that the US gave to Denmark. He is asking what it is worth. It looks good in the pics, all numbers match. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

If you remove the stock and handguard, there will likely be a sticker listing if the Dane's rebarrelled it.

The guns came into Canada from $199-299, but sell for just a wee bit more now...

They are in general excellent. I had one, loved it, but didn't shoot it enough to keep it in the safe. I sold it to another member who discovered that the rear sight had a broken part.

I've seen them on the EE going for $500-$700

You'll get way more than 300.

I bought my Danish in 2001 for 400 bucks-ish.
