Breda ok for steel?

I'm looking at a Breda semi. It has a mod choke tube. The tubes screw onto the outside of the barrel. Are these okay for steel?

I remember those long recoil Breda guns with exterior screw-on chokes in the late 1960's, so, no they were not designed with steel shot in mind.

Great shotguns but definitely designed before the age of steel shot.

I would shoot steel in it. The tube (choke) is outside of the barrel and it is only of modified constriction. I would shoot steel 2, 3 or 4 and not worry one bit.

It depends what model of Breda you're talking about ,
I have the grizzly super magnum and it is just amazing (the Same as Benelli super black eagle 2)
