Anyone willing to help a guy out? I need a Bren gun fix! Love these LMGs, unfortunately can't own a live one, and no one wants to be a good guy and just give me a nice dewat. Ha ha. Still a ways away from being able to afford one, and would love to see some of the ones that are out there. It would be awesome to have a #### and click Inglis here to pet, drool/cause premature rusting etc. Other MGs welcome! Funny how much we all want what we can't have eh?

Don't be sorry I asked for it! They are beyond nice. The C&C is the icing on the cake. I'd love to have one like that one day. I'd probably ruin the new finish petting it though...

The Canadian Army didn't do it self any favors , when they dumped their Bren Gun, and replaced it with the FN C2 , the C2 was lighter, but not having a quick change barrel did make it a inferior weapon to the Bren

I know a couple of old-timers here in Victoria with unmolested Bren guns - one of whom has multiple, new, spare barrels, a crate of mags (also new) and six crates of Dominion 303. He jokingly refers to it as his earthquake preparedness gun.

Try as I might I couldn't take these home even though they were free for the taking...
