I was target shooting yesterday. It was about -12 or so.
I was shooting Winchester BRI sabot slugs from a Browning BPS Game
Gun with 5" rifled tube. (Total barrel length about 24")
Only one of 6 shots cut a nice round hole through the target.
The rest cut hour glass or double-circle holes.
The paper target was about 90 yards away.
Could the plastic jackets being sticking to the sabots in the cold?
I hadn't used the gun for several years, but I've never seen the shots keyhole before.
But I've always shot it in warmer temperatures.
