Bridgeport Rod and Gun, ODPL open house.

Bridgeport Rod and Gun Club is hosting an open house and demonstration along with ODPL, (Ontario Defensive Pistol League)

This is a great time to learn about ODPL, what they have to offer, how to get holster certified, equipment, rules, safety and to try shooting a stage.

We hope to see all members of Bridgeport who are interested in Action Shooting Games participate. We also invite any gunnutz interested in ODPL to also come out.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in this style of shooting to give it a try and ask questions. We hope to get everyone through a stage or two so bring out your equipment.

Last nights open house went well, thanks to all who participated and thanks to Pete for donating his time and support for us to get the open house planned. We had a good turnout and a lot of new shooters who shot very well. I don't think anyone missed the drop and turn target that can be hard for even experienced shooters to engage. In the future we hope to have some regular practice nights and host some matches.
