Briley Spherical bushings (1911)

Just got the new Brownells 1911 catalogue. Lots of cool stuff. Anyone have experience with the Briley Spherical bushings? Worth the expense? What about for an IPSC gun?

I have one on mine and it works slick. If you give your gun a good tightening and install the spherical bushing the results are great.

I put one in my .45 years ago, along with a fully suported Briley barrel - it was money well spent in my opinion. After tightening the slide to frame fit it will shoot 10 rnds into 1 1/4" at 20 yards (1 ragged hole).
