Hi, not a newbie been here for a while,
used the search function but couldn't find a clear answer.

Can I bring back a Pelican 1750 case back from the US, if I personally purchase it and bring it over, since it is significantly cheaper there.

Now I know its not a firearm part, but it is primarily marketed towards storage of firearms, and don't want to get in trouble.

thanks everyone

As far as I know Pelican cases are usually used for high end cameras ( so you could argue) if anyone questioned it although I doubt illegal you could simply state it is for a new camera you purchased. Take away a few labels here and there.... problem solved just a nicely padded plastic container.

ALL of my firearms are pelican cases I purchased from the states and had shipped over... never had to fill anything out or anything like that.

I know but this one is a larger type case

I just want to be safe and not get any grief at the border.

and i know it is a plastic box to me and you, but again, just want to be 110% sure

you should have no problems. it can also be used for camera equipment among many other devices and electronics.
