Does anybody have some info on this? BNP with crown on slickside upper receiver and same on barrel with cal, chamber info, etc. I can't find much of anything with google.....

Birmingham Proofhouse marks. Barrel, upper, bolt and carrier all would be marked from CIP proofing.

All firearms have to be proofed in the UK including temporary imports such as trials, sales samples and trade show demos.

Diemaco rifles were proofed there nearly every year since the mid nineties. Need to see what model to date it.
 
Yes it is. Doing a little more digging suggests it may simply be an export SP1. No forge code on the upper, although that may not be a definitive sign (I'm pretty new to this).
