BRM3-gun Championship

Well, we're home after shooting the best 3-gun we've ever been too...
Dispite some delays and match mods due to extream weather all went well.

Stages were nothig short of awsome with one that well... I'm still recovering from ie wiping the "holy sh** that was cool" grin off of my face.

Who would think you could combine spelunking and pistol/rifle shooting into a 30+ round stage... :)

'Caught some pics and vids of the action I'll try to post later,

Here's the entrance to stage 8...

Down y'go... Gotta wear a hard hat as the entry point is a little cramped. 'Opens up a great deal once your in so the hard hat is not needed to shoot the stage..

The path to the start position looked like this... A winding labyrinth of cave created by millions of years of flowing water...

Once inside shooters had to engage 15 targets with their pistol along approx. 75yrds of winding cavage... Once at the end shooter had to engage 3 more targets with a staged rifle.
SureFire was teh stage sponsore so.... They provided the flashlight(s) needed to do the course...:)

No doubt this was the greatest 3 gun event I have ever attended. The use of natural terrain and overall amount of land for use was amazing. Hell when are you ever going to shoot a match in a cave again, even the noise level was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.

Stage 6
30rnds F/A, 15 shotshell and another 30 rnds rifle.
I know I used to be able to move faster

gotta love the RO's command at the begining to move the selector switch "ONE" more position......yehahhhh!
looks like you guys had a great time...

Yeah... I was on "semi"... 'How lame would that have been...

We had a great time (again). This Rockcastle Shooting Centre is something else... Like nothing you'll ever find here in Canada.
Can you imagine somene buying up a golf resort and converting it into a shooting facility...?

Here's a video of my molasis-like exicution of stage 10...
Titled "Choices, choices"" it was the one stage were it was left up to the shooter, for the most part to decide which firearm to use... Of course down there it's okay to say "weapon".
Shots were varied from a few feet out to a couple hundred yards or more... the last rifle shot/hit I took was out there over 200 yrds...
