Good Morning All,
Don't mind the silly username, just a way to be lighthearted in these backwards public times...As titled, I have this model manufactured in 1949 and looking for a possible valuation. I'd post pics but a general ballpark is good enough and this example is in clean shape with no flaws, condition:
- original stock/leather sling are missing (replaced with a custom stock by previous owner)
- barrel "nipple" crown intact in fine shape
- bore and muzzle in shiny condition (little apparent wear from firing)
- barrel, receiver, bolt, trigger group and metalwork clean from dents or nicks and ~92% deep blued finish intact **excepting the bolt handle finish is mostly worn off
- tight action mating surfaces
- original 5 shot magazine included
- 100% accurate function
It's essentially an excellent condition barreled action in a custom stock, serial # 322 of 1,000.
