Sorry if this is in the wrong place, please let me know if there is a better place.

My dad has a BRNO 22 hornet that I gave him years ago as a gift and he was asking me where he could find front sight parts for it. I figured here would be a good place to start.

I had him give me the info off the rifle over the phone so hopefully this is right:

I believe the model number is ZKW465 He is looking for the front sight blade and the hood that he told me goes over it.
The serial number is #05951 if that helps at all.

It is a beautiful rifle, however there are some holes drilled in the top of the receiver where the barrel screws into it that I assume are from someone mounting a different scope at some point, there is a Weaver K5 on it right now which is a pretty neat scope as the zoom adjustment is under an additional cap on the side of the scope. I have never seen one of these, but maybe someone here can tell me if they were common or not.

He also said if there are places to get extra mags for it he would be on the look out for that too.

Thanks in advance!

I have had a few of these rifles, they are great and very accurate. I will echo the above mbogo3 that parts are unobtanium.

The good news is that a sight blade and hood can be fabricated, find a gunsmith.
