I picked up a very good condition 2E with a cheap scope mounted in unmarked rings that don’t fit very securely. If with the ill fitting, cheap scope the old rifle shoots quite well and deserved a better set of rings and scope
What rings and height are recommended for the Brno rifles? I will mount a smaller scope so looking for minimum height rings to clear the bolt, etc. Appreciate scope recommendations as well casual shooting and some hunting. This is not going to be a target rifle shot from a bench.
