I have a WTB ad out for some 5rd CZ452 Varmint .22lr mags and someone offered up some BRNO mags... if they fit. I've snooped around online and on the forums but can't really get a clear answer, figured I'd just start a thread and ask directly.

Call the guys at Reliable Gun on Fraser Street in Vancouver and ask them.
Easier than waiting here for an answer or possibly buying something that will not fit.
A 452 Magazine will fit any 452 Rifle Hvy barrel or sporter barrel.
In the same caliber the rifle is chambered for ..my bad

they are interchangeable, and you have a chance to get the original metal 5 round mags produced in the BRNO days I suggest you be jumping on that offer, and I've played with all 5 BRNO models the 452, 455's and the 512's......and I have been known to know a thing or two about their triggers

Your kit is on my 452 "To Do" list! Thanks for the confidence and the piece of advice..

This mans kit is excellent. My 452 Varmint now has an Eleven ounce trigger pull.
It does not go off when closing the bolt, or by bump testing the rifle. :) I love it.

Actually, it's not as cut and dried as you might think. It is possible that you can get a BRNO magazine stuck inside a CZ rifle and it can require disassembling of the rifle to get it back out. The steel-bottomed magazine that came with my BRNO pre-Model 5 has a lip on the bottom front of it that does not get along with the CZ 453 Varmint I have.

I had missplaced my mag for my BRNO ( thankfully found it later) so tried my JW 15 Mag and it was tight, but worked.I polished ut with emery cloth and it slid right in.I like the idea of a single shot adapter,my old Lee Enfield had one

So, has the Farewell Edition got your trigger in it?
;)
