Brno model 1

I handled a very nice 22LR "clip" mag fed bolt repeater today, a Brno model 1. Not sure I'll be able to score it at a reasonable price, partly because I don't know what that is. Guy told me he had paid a huge price for it way back when....I see they were made 1946-57. Nice dark wood, well maintained, I think solid 90% condition. Can anybody here familiar with these know what current fair market value range is? Thanks in advance

They are desirable if you are a collector. The price will vary based on the year and the proofing history (can be found on the barrel and action)...and of course the condition. Pictures would help.

I think $500 is on the high side or at least out my way. I would say more in the $375-450 range. More than that and I think it should be in pristine condition.
